RevvDoctor ("we", "us", or "our") is a UK-based automotive intelligence platform that helps car dealers source investment-grade vehicles from auctions. Our registered address and contact details can be found at the bottom of this page.

- Account data — your name, dealership name, email address, and password hash when you register.
- Preference data — the vehicle criteria, budget ranges, and auction preferences you configure.
- Usage data — pages visited, features used, and session timestamps for analytics and product improvement.
- Payment data — billing information is processed by Stripe. We do not store card numbers on our servers.
- Communications — emails and support messages you send to us.

We use your data to:
- Create and maintain your account
- Deliver personalised vehicle digests to your inbox
- Process payments and manage your subscription
- Improve our AI screening and product features
- Send you service updates and relevant product communications

4. Legal basis for processing
We process your data under the following legal bases under UK GDPR: contract performance (to deliver the service you signed up for), legitimate interests (to improve our product and prevent fraud), legal obligation (where required by law), and consent (for optional marketing communications, which you can withdraw at any time).

We do not sell your personal data. We share data only with:
- Supabase — our database and authentication provider
- Stripe — payment processing
- Resend — transactional email delivery
- Vercel — hosting infrastructure
- Law enforcement or regulators where legally required
6. Data retention
We retain your data for as long as your account is active. After account deletion, we retain transaction records for 7 years to meet legal obligations and anonymised analytics data indefinitely.
