Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of terms
By accessing or using RevvDoctor ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service. These terms apply to all users, including dealerships, individual subscribers, and trial participants.
2. Description of service
RevvDoctor is an automated vehicle intelligence platform that scans online car auctions, screens listings using AI, and delivers curated vehicle digests to subscribers. The Service provides informational outputs only — it does not constitute financial, investment, or legal advice. All purchasing decisions remain solely with the user.
3. Account registration
You must register for an account to access the Service. You agree to:
- Provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration
- Maintain the security of your password and restrict access to your account
- Notify us immediately of any unauthorised use of your account
- Be responsible for all activity under your account
You must be at least 18 years old and operating a legitimate automotive business to use the Service.
4. Subscriptions and billing
RevvDoctor offers paid subscription plans billed monthly. By subscribing you agree to:
- Pay all fees associated with your chosen plan
- Authorise us to charge your payment method on a recurring basis
- Prices are quoted in GBP and inclusive of VAT where applicable
Free trial: New accounts receive a 7-day free trial. Your card will not be charged during the trial period. After the trial, your subscription begins automatically unless cancelled before the trial ends.
Cancellation: You may cancel at any time from your account settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. No refunds are issued for partial billing periods except where required by law.
5. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- Resell, redistribute, or sublicense access to the Service
- Scrape or systematically extract data from the platform
- Use the Service for any unlawful purpose
- Attempt to circumvent security measures or access other users' accounts
- Reverse-engineer or copy any part of the platform
- Submit false information during onboarding or in support requests
6. Risk disclaimer
Vehicle purchasing involves financial risk. RevvDoctor provides data and AI-assisted screening to support your sourcing decisions, but we make no guarantees about the accuracy, completeness, or fitness for purpose of any vehicle information. You are solely responsible for verifying vehicle condition, title, and value before purchasing. RevvDoctor is not liable for any financial losses arising from purchases made using our Service.
7. Intellectual property
All content, trademarks, software, and data on the RevvDoctor platform are the property of RevvDoctor or its licensors. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the Service for your internal business purposes only.
8. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, RevvDoctor's total liability to you for any claim arising from or related to the Service shall not exceed the total fees paid by you in the 12 months preceding the claim. We are not liable for indirect, consequential, incidental, or special damages, including loss of profits or data.
9. Service availability
We aim to maintain high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may suspend the Service temporarily for maintenance, updates, or circumstances beyond our control. We will endeavour to give advance notice of planned downtime.
10. Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if you breach these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ends immediately. Any outstanding fees remain payable.
11. Changes to terms
We may update these Terms periodically. Material changes will be communicated via email or in-app notice at least 14 days before taking effect. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance.
12. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
